Evening all,
First of all I just wanted to ask, apart from controlling the direction and spill of light onto a background, is there any other reason I should consider investing in a softbox rather than a brolly box? better quality of light/softer ect?
I have been looking at what FITP has available for sale, the 32" Softbox looks nice, but so does the 43" brolly box, and considering the saving I would make of around £35... its tempting me more.
I shoot against a black background fairly often, so maybe a softbox would give me better control of the light and avoid spill? I'v not yet had a problem with spill from my 32" shoot through brollys, but after a windy shoot at the weekend they are both now.... worse for wear :bang:
What do you guys and gals think?
