I thought this question would be lost in my previous thread, and I'm looking to get something sorted by Saturday - so time is ticking!

For indoor waist up portraits with no option to bounce flash. 85mm portrait

I'm thinking of something like this

and this (left image)

Need the camera in portrait, and I would like the bracket to support a reasonable size softbox - appreciate advice on what would be a recommended size.

Also will have my 'assistant' to hold a softbox too.

I have a stroboframe flash bracket - but it has a 'cold shoe?' adaptor - and I'd be concerned about it taking the weight of a flash and large modifier.

A similar light setup to this perhaps

a couple of these perhaps?
