Try (FITP) Flash in the pan`s thread in the advertisers section..
He is selling various size of Softboxes with brackets..
All you would need then is Light stand, ball head adaptor..
Not a Nikon user but could use CLS i think to trigger flash...

Your D90 commander mode will trigger a remote flash with full auto-TTL control. If recycling is a bit slow, connect it up with a long dedicated cord such as the one FITP also sells.
For wireless remote firing, Yongnuo RF-602 radio triggers are favourite. Also from FITP.
