So what's going on here?

Using the IPhone as a light meter?
 
Maybe using the phone as a viewfinder?
 
My initial thought was taking the photo with the iPhone, (there were about four of them operating on the bridge with the same setup), but maybe I am misjudging them. :)

Not to me, I'm afraid... None of the links leave me any the wiser as to which video I should be looking at. :(
 
It does now; but when I first read the post I was presented with a (as I found) link to a TikTok account with many videos, none of which seemed related, and a lot of hash tags that similarly gave a plethora of videos. Now, for some reason, I see the video.

I feel your pain - TikTok isn't for me either! :)
 
That was my first encounter with TikTok. I've yet to see Twitter (now I understand X-rated :)), look at Farcebook when I have no choice and need information and look at Instaglam on sufferance. I'm just anti-social I suppose.

I haven't been to London for years, but this almost tempts me to go.
