So... right this very moment its 96 days, 4 hours and roughly 54 minutes (but seriously though whos counting? :D)til that big fat guy comes to visit and drops off things under the tree...

Considering its under 100 days til the festive day, has anyone thought of an Xmas Camera kit wishlist??

Just be interested on what the elves will be making tonnes of this year... (Obviously mostly canon) ;)

A sigma 10-20 or a nice nikon macro lens is what i want, but whether i get it is another thing. My wife says i haven't been good enough :lol:

well im planning on getting myself;

sony 35mm f1.8
sony 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 (to replace my 18-70mm, or possibly buy the tammy 17-50mm)
sony 85mm f2.8 or tamron 90mm f2.8 macro (cant decide but macro sounds tempted for my product photography)
lowepro pro runner 200 aw

so i don't want much but advantage for me is that my b'day is two weeks before chrimbo so i get a double whammy :lol:
 
Would love a Sigma 10-20mm, but i think it'll just be a new tripod:)
 
would love the new Nikon D7000 but a bit more expensive than hoped for :(

Want and will get are very different....I'll maybe have a 2nd DSLR as backup then...or I hope the iPhone 4 my grandad has been promising me for the last 6 mths!
 
A full frame that works properly... After breaking the CF pins, it appears the audio when recording video now doesn't work on my 5DmII and the 24-105 front focuses... Can Santa fix that (if Canon can't first ;))
 
I got a compact for my birthday at the start of the summer, which started off my interest in photography... and I've been told a DSLR can be an early Christmas present. :D Still deciding which one I want.
 
Bloody hurry up Crimbo!

On either the 24th or 26th December i will be buying a Canon 7D, 16gb cf card, lowepro bag, monopod, Canon 70-200 L f2.8 dont know which sort yet, Spare battery.
Family members are just getting me vouchers for Jessops to buy bits.
 
I have already got my xmas pressy this year (and next years for that matter!)
actually, for the next 4 years i reckon my bday and xmas's are all used up :lol:
 
The elves know I'd love an LX5 and the chance to take it on a road trip somewhere fab. I guess I'll have to wait and see how good I've been.

Damn, who am I kidding. I've got no chance. :lol:
 
Wants, a list as long as both arms... will probably get... some gloves to prevent the lists causing chafing :lol:...

I will be writing a nice letter to santa asking for a Canon 100mm macro lens lol!
The wife and inlaws have said they will put money towards it and I make the balance which suits me!

I can't tell you, you might go into competition with me and the market is not all that large. :D
 
I would just like some gear to move the flash off camera. Cord, triggers that sort of stuff. I'd also like xmas day off to spend with my boy, but that aint gonna happen :(
 
I want a 10-20 (something around there) and a 100-400L. But as my ol' mum always used to say "I want's, don't gets" :)
