So annoyed with myself, I changed the drive setting on my Canon 7D to 'one shot' the other day. Today, I shot two football matches and forgot to check and change it to back to 'ai servo'.

I won't do that again.

My beep is still on too but then the stuff I do I spend more time with all AF than I do I'm AI Servo anyway

My dad did similar when I took my car on a track day at Brands a few years ago, I'd used the camera on MF, he always uses AF. Didnt realise and what would have been some cracking shots of the car were all for the bin. Whoops.

I had it happen to me the other week. I was holding the back button down, then moving the camera to another players and it wasn't focusing.

Thought I had broken the lens..turned it off an back on, took out battery, looked through settings on the camera, then it dawned on me :bonk:
