Finally got some snow, now just got to remember all the tips for shooting snow, so that it doesnt all turn grey :(

Anyway, no real point to this.....just that....IT'S SNOWING!!
 
:'( not in Huddersfield it isn't - was looking forward to playing out in it today but it seems to have passed us by, maybe it will make an appearance later on in the day

as of 10 minutes ago from my back window, there's usually a massive hill in the background but it's vanished :O

(it's abuout an inch and half and coming down fast too :D)

(i have got man flu though :()

Nothing here in Aldershot either, although it's extremely cold outside.
 
Plenty in North Yorkshire, 2-3cm and its been coming down all morning (big flakes)..

Nothing here in Mid Wales (Powys) either. If Wez has man flu then I must have a head cold and off work. (cough) (sneeze).
 
The wife just called to let me know its snowing at her work place in Macclesfield. Nothing here yet though.

See, that's why I loved growing up in North Yorkshire, you were always guarenteed at least one big snowfall (hopefully during term-time - snowday!). Here in Liverpool; nothing, nada, zilch :( Just blue skies, big fluffy clouds and work :(:(

As above from Aldershot/Reading none here in Farnborough!?! I was expecting to wake up to a few cm's!!!! =( Its cold enough- who wants the freezing temperatures without the Snow?!!!
 
Nothing here, but its very cold and the sky is looking very heavy!

My Canon 1.4 tc has just arrived, so I was hoping to play with it in the garden this afternoon... but my neighbour has just decided to start felling trees with lots of noisy cutting tools!
Not a sign of local wildlife to be seen! :(

Perhaps if we get some snow, he'll b****r off, I mean go inside to get warm! :)

It's been snowing on and off all morning in Edinburgh but it hasn't been lying. Think it's too wet.
 
Up here in Alnwick Northumberland it is really coming down hard already an inch deep after only half an hour and rising also affecting visibility on the roads.:eek:
Better get enough logs in by the fire.:)
 
It snowed a little earlier on this morning here, no enough to make a footprint in though :( Fingers crossed it will come a little later
 
Nothing in Nottingham, and this makes me sad :(

We only need 2cm of snow and my youngest & I are out with the sledge!!

My husband whizzed to B&Q one year and grabbed a handful of sledges at the till for 49p each!!

he came home and gave them to all the neighbouring children!

We still have and use ours and that was 5 years ago!! :D

(sometimes we just use the grass in the summer..... it goes just as fast!! )

Well, it's stopped here now :( hopefully the morning will bring some more.

One year, hubby brought home a rather large piece of thin plastic and away we all went, managed to get three of us on it, though not for long - the design was a bit flawed - there was nothing to hang on to!! :lol:
