i used to listen to a lot of audio books but only tried once or twice when going to sleep, as you say it was very difficult to find your place again, i used an app on my phone that allowed me to stop after an alloted time so i only had to look back over 10-20 minutes but i just could not be bothered in the end , ive tried to listen to them driving too but i found i wasnt concentrating enough on either so again i dont bother now.I have never taken to audio books, tried a couple, but found it difficult to pick up at what point I was listening at, if I fell asleep.
i am not sure about using them on planes as they don't have much output or noise cancellationI've not heard of these things before but have a long flight coming up.
Any recommendations and tips about what to look for?
