Smick daylight lights. Anyone use them?

I'd help if I could, and I'm sure that other people would too - but it's pretty well impossible to say anything useful when the sellers haven't given any useful info.
For example:
1. Are the diffusers removable so that you can get harder light? (you'll need to)
2. Can the power output be adjusted?
What's the CRI of the lamps themselves?

Perhaps you could get that info from the sellers.

Thanks Gary
Sorry to put you through the video!
What is your pinion on the Rocwing set?
Do you do anything like it?

There's something like it coming from Lencarta, but it will be a few weeks yet - 4 x 105w lamps in a large softbox with a removable front diffuser, adjustable for full or half power.

The Rocwing one seems to me to be pretty good value and pretty typical of the sort of thing sold on Ebay. It doesn't have any adjustment for power and the softbox fits via one of those horrible 'universal' fittings, but the softbox won't weigh much so it should stay on OK. My only real concern is the CRI (color rendition index) which isn't stated. It needs to be as close to 100 as possible and certainly over 90, otherwise some colours will reproduce badly, e.g. if you have red on your towels they'll look orange. Perhaps you could ask the seller, they may know.
