Smart filters and portrait retouching

in an effort to get my work flow stream lined i have started to look into smart filters, but am not sure about couple of things.

Normal work flow

• Lightroom basic exposure, colour, noise reduction and capture sharpening
  
• Edit in Photoshop (tiff)
  
• Use heal brush, clone tool (lighten, darken), Totally Rad actions
  
• Black and white in Silver Efex
  
• Dodge/burn using Quick mask with levels/curves
  
• Save
  
• Add vignette in lightroom (do this in case change crop)

Have started looking into using smart filter for silver efex so i can do vignette as i like the ability to do custom and also burn edges.

The thing is i am not sure how i can edit the smart filter image for this such as dodge/burn in Quick mask or heal brush and clone tool if required?

Is this possible?
