I need a little bit of help about a project I'm about to start. It is nothing fancy when it comes to portraiture or lightning but could do with some help with a few things to ensure it is successful.

I work for a football club and we have a project starting this Saturday to get as many fans photographed with a sign holding up 75 years of the club. Individual shots, head down to waist with sign being held up in the middle. No shadows and a clear white background ideally. The photos will then be used for a large collage and possibly a small publication.

Set-up will be in the club shop under general fluorescent lightning. No room for a studio set-up. The club shop is large in comparison to others.

I'm a novice when it comes to this type of photography. I'm normally outside pitch side so all I have equipment wise is a Nikon D3s, 24-70mm and a SB900 for this. Being against time is there any tips on equipment (inexpensive and obtaining in a few days), tricks and guidance that would be invaluable between now and then. Ideals on a white background, softbox etc...

Thanks in advance.
