Small Digital w/ 10x zoom

Hi all,
A friend of mine is looking for a small-ish digicam to take on safari, and wants a 10x zoom or thereabouts. She wants to spend about £100-175.
She found the Kodak Z650 for £112, but from what i've read it sounds quite slow and doesn't have a lot to it. But it does have a nice lens on it.
Any advice would be appreciated,

Well...

I'm by no means an expert, so if someone else contradicts what I tell you, you should believe them and not me

I have the fuji finepix s5600. 10x optical zoom. It cost something like £150, but I think online you can get it new for like £115 or maybe less. I think it's a fab camera for a price, although I've never taken it on safari

Can vouch for this camera as well, takes superb pictures and the zoom is really good.
