Sky Replacement?

Anyone care to share their method on replacing a sky in CS5. I've tried a few methods with varying success but can never get it looking seamless? Any ideas?

Probably easiest to post the image you want to replace the sky on and the replacement sky as it might be easier to sort of show than explain
