Sky on demand

Hi all,
Sky hd box had a big update couple of days ago now we can't connect to the on demand services,was fine before! I use net plugs and an ethernet cable into the sky box,tried re-booting BT homehub and the sky box but still wont connect-any ideas?

Which Home Hub do you have? We had awful issues with Sky and a HH3 but after an upgrade to a 5 it works like a dream!

Yea same! HH5 has been great up til now!

have you tried giving your sky box a static IP ? i had to do that with ours and the home hub 5 or it wouldn't connect

Have you tried removing the Ethernet cable from the back of the sky box, and plugging back in again.
Works for me.

I use net plugs and in the end I pulled out the net plug and when I plugged it back in everything worked !
