Hi all,

A quick note, those of you with Sky +, check your planner or else you may end up missing what you have scheduled for record.

We have Fringe and others series linked, and last night, went to check the planner, and it said Fringe was on at 10pm, odd we thought, checked the guide and sure ebough, it was on at 9pm, as it should be. We checked the planner again and, it still said 10pm.
I then noticed that EVERYTHING we had scheduled had been shifted an hour on from its actual scheduled time. :bang::bang::bang:

I called sky, they told me to turn it off and on again (!), and I did this whilst on the phone and sure enough, it wasn't fixed. The guy told me that its a bug that they are working on for a fix, but at the moment, Sky + can't cope with the clock changes!

The only fix was to go through and re-set up all my recordings and series links!

Thought I'd give any user out there a heads up incase it happens to them too!

That's pretty bad, why release a product that isn't working properly?

I think its more an overlooked sofware bug. These things happen, just thought I'd make people aware incase they miss anything. It would be mega annoying, I know if I missed Fringe I'd be peeved!

lol...what about the new Futuramas though?! Email scamming aliens?! CLASSIC! lol

Why get you to go through the rigmarole of resetting the box before telling you it's a bug?

Standard script and check I guess, plus a small chance it was my box. Cover all bases, I'd rather they do that than tell me it was a bug only to later find powering off my box fixed it....

Sorry to say this but you have gone through all that for nothing! My sky+ always does this but it still records all the programs at the correct times (As it did with Fringe last night). It holds all the scheduled times for a week and then returns to normal. The guy at Sky should have known this though! :bang:

Just watched it. It's building into a cracking series. Wasn't sure about it beforehand as I'm not a fan of Lost, but glad I decided to watch it.

I watched a couple of the first series of lost and really don't like it. I went with Fringe as I am a big fan of Heroes, and liked Cloverfield, so figured liking 2 out of 3 bits of his work was good odds.
