Bought a TAMRON 17-50 lens ,Last Nov for my Pentax kx, the lens was front focussing so i ask for refund.They ask me to send it to there service centre for appraisal before issueing a REFUND.Sent it back on Dec 22 and Received e_mail to say they have received it ,and was sending it to service department.Up till today 22/F:thumbsdown:eb i have not received refund,fed sending e-mails to them ,they say there is a backlock and will send refund soon.
 
There doesn't need to be, its in the shopping,suppliers section and if anyone else reading has had a similar experience then the thread will propagate with replies to that effect and therefore it is providing valuable information. Surely a post can just be FYI. I am glad user forums provide just this sort of thing.
 
I'd have to agree Gazamonk. I keep seeming to see posts on this forum with people complaining of the original thread being created in the first place. You don't have to read it or post in the thread. Surely we all welcome feedback from buyers at the places we are likely to use? :)

To be fair, I think the original reply was probably made when this thread was posted in the discussion rather than review section of the site.
 
And we would know that, how? So "To be fair" ;) if an admin moves a post surely they should state that. Its all so confusing!:thinking:
