I ordered a Tamron AF 70-300mm F/4-5.6 Di LD Macro 1:2 from them as it was the cheapest by far. I did research them before ordering found nothing bad - ordered then read loads of bad stuff so of course I was crapping myself.
But... I had no problems at all, the lens arrived quickly and is excellent so I cannot fault them

Took aaaaages to come, but it did eventually arrive!

Dont want to hijack the thread, but 2 of my friends ordered stuff from Simply recently. Both had different experiences.
1. Ordered a Canon 7D and lens - Nothing had come for ages, so he went to 'collect' it from somewhere (not sure where or any details), when he got there, just the lens was there! No camera, so he ended up buying a 7d body from jessops. The other body did finally turn up. Not great
2. Ordered a Canon 7D and lens (yep exactly the same kit) - and the body came within about 2 weeks, but from Hong Kong (so a grey import, with not a UK warrenty card). The lens was not there, so he ended up waiting another 10 days for the lens.
I was very tempted to order from them. But being the impatient kind, decided against it!

Buy from amazon or jessops or any high street sellers. I had to go through 4 copies of this lens, luckily I got mine from my local Jessops.

Don't do it! I ordered exactly the same lens - well, maybe not, a nikon fit - they said they had 10 in stock but I didn't hear anything from them for a week. When I got in touch they were very sketchy so eventually I cancelled with them.
I got mine from onestop digital, who were AMAZING! for a start it was £325 and it arrived in 2 days from hong kong, with a trackable fedex shipment. Highly reccomended.
