sim2000 prints are dark and have cyan cast?

Hi ive calibrated my desktop and laptop and both screens look the same using colour monkey display, but my prints when i print at sim2000 are dark, have very little shadow detail, the white point isnt very bright and they have a cyan cast in the shadows.

any ideas?
