Sim Imaging

Anyone currently using Sim Imaging for any products?

I'm about to order a few of their wooden USB presentation boxes and wondered if anyone had any good/bad experiences with them before I pressed the 'buy' button.

I've not used them for the wooden boxes but do use their cardboard print boxes and digital albums, one of which had to be sent back and re-printed but they turned it around very quickly.
