Sigma Flashgun

Hi everyone,

I bought myself a Sigma EF-500 Flashgun today for my Nikon D50. Does anyone have this flashgun, and could someone explain the modes on it - the instructions are rubbish!
I want to learn how to use it properly for the Goodwood Revival on Saturday..

I have a Sigma flashgun for my 350d, I whack it on TTL and leave it there, not had any problems with pictures. I sometimes use the diffuser or bounce it off a wall or ceiling, but as you said the instructions are crap - so I don't know what the other 2 settings are.
