Sigma EF-500 DG Super

Anyone used one of these before, they seem like a reasonable price, and really cannot afford another speedlite 580, since some ****** stole my last one..

I had one for ages till it got soaked and stopped working, had to replace in a hurry and the only thing I could get in Jessops was a 580EX. Consistently good results from the sigma, build quality is probably a bit lower than the 580EX and the way you access some of the functions isn't quite as easy but better value IMO.

the sigma unit is good, ive not had a canon to compare but the sigma is ace.

i will be doing some arty 'look at my new geetar' shots tonight with it
