Sigma announce new mount conversion service.

Looks like Sigma are upping the stakes, with a mount conversion service and extending their warranty to 4 years.

Don't think many will avail of the mount conversion service, but it's a good move by Sigma, to increase customer faith in the brand.

Time for Nikon and Canon to take notice!

Fairly hefty cost for the mount service. Could be as much as $250 + postage.
Principle is a bit similar to the old Tamron Adaptall mounts that could be changed cheaply although modern lenses are much more complex.
Good on the 4 year warranty, though.
