Sigma 70-200 lens

First "Pro" lens I have purchased this Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 macro lens.

Don't know if its just me but the difference it makes to the pictures I take is amazing. Ok I would have preferred the Nikon version but it was out of my price range. I have read on many photographic forums about the difference between "pro" and "consumer" lenses and thought there can't be that much difference, but was I wrong. So from now one its save hard and get "pro" lenses for me.

Grats on the purchase! I've been debating over that lens for a while now. I think I'm going to save for the Nikon model, but still a tough choice as I am a tightwod.

I have one of these-just packed up on me after 8 months. Aperture control is stuck.

its the nest one i am looking at, or the Nikon 60-200
