Sigma 50mm Art f1.4 for Nikon £479 at Amazon

I noticed that, bargain. Ideally would like the 24 or 35 but it is tempting.
 
I know so tempted myself even though I already have a 50mm G and hardly ever use it. Must resist...
 
I'm tempted but I'm sure I read recently that people were having trouble with Sigma lens directly from Amazon actually being grey? And Sigma UK wouldn't honour the extra warranty.
But even then £100 less than the Canon mount for the IQ out of this thing that's a bargain.. I'd sooner buy this than pay another £800+ to try another 58mm...
 
Chris, I've owned the sigma Art 50 and Nikon 58/1.4 and the sigma was the sharper lens but never quite sprinkled the magic fairy dust of the 58. Mind you the 58 had to go back to Nikon to be sorted as it was so soft in the centre even stopped down a bit.

Ignore me, I've just checked and I was using the 58 with a D800 and the 50 Art with a d7200 so a bit apples and pears.
