Up until very recently I owned the Nikon 60mm f2.8 AFS - I used to use t for close up work, not true macro (i.e. 1:1 type stuff). It is a lovely lens, fast AF, bitingly sharp (important in a macro lens), and lovely rendition. Used it mainly on FX bodies (D6xx and D810). If you don't need the reach then it is an excellent lens imo/e.
My mate has the Siggy, I've not used it much yet, but will be borrowing that when I need a macro
Another thought, if 60mm is ok in terms of focal length also look at the Tamron 60mm f2, it is a DX specific lens but again is a very nice lens, makes for a good portrait lens too on DX.
I owned the 60mm 2.8D for a while, extremely sharp lens, bit noisey, but an excellent macro and portraiture lens. Can be got for less than £200 these days if you're lucky
