sigma 1.4tc on sigma120-300 os lens

having bought a sign 120-300 os lens at xmas
was looking to buy a sigma 1.4tc for it
looking for anyone who has uses this lens with the sigma 1.4 tc
whats your opinion is it any good or what ??

I would think your best bet is give sigma themselves a quick phone call and ask about compatibility issues .. the only other way I know of is to log onto Juza.com and do a search inputting camera/lens/tc and see if anyone on there has used that combo .i always do that now before buying any new lenses etc

Its superb. You wont notice and issue with quality. AF will only take a slight hit but very little. I had a 1.4 on mine fir 95% of all my shots. Go for it.

I've used both the 1.4 and 2X TC's with my Sigma 120-300 you can see the result with the 2X here

I used one for a season doing football and motorsport and it was excellent. It also worked well with a Canon x2ii. I still regret selling the lens on occasions but you can only carry so many round a track.

I will also be selling the 1.4xTC which I got with my 150-600 as I have never used it other than trying it out in the house.
