Really Appalling Story, Sicko need's more than an indefinite sentence

But hitting the photography angle its another one of those making it difficult for the average photographer out and about with a camera..

Quote "Police also found that he had been filming girls in parks and other public places and editing the footage with child porn."

Yeah, he's a bad dude but I doubt it'll be that much of an issue for photography as a whole.

In 2005, Saunders was convicted of a sexual assault after photographing a five-year-old girl at a gym where he was working as a party organiser.

This is the only bit that concerns me, as it makes it sound as though photographing a five-year-old counts as sexual assault.

That's what I was thinking, picking a random person from Gumtree to babysit your kids seems really odd to me.

but in the majority of child abuse cases the victim knows the perpetrator

Only the daily mail crowd will make any noise about "pedos with cameras" Most sensible people will see this for what it is: One sick person who happens to be a photographer. I wouldn't worry.
