Show me your wide angle outdoor portrait shots

Just watched a video of a pro taking model pictures on a beach firstly with his 70-200 and then he switched to what I think was a 12-24. The results looked very interesting- well I liked them anyway!! Could be tempted by lens if I could get one cheap but I'm on Full frame which makes things more limited.

Anyone else tend to use a wide angle for portrait/model shoots? Any examples??

i use my 17-70 for most of my portraits ..on many occasions im in peoples front rooms and not all of them are big so the wide angle is perfect and its cheap as chips to..but works lovely for out door portraits

Hmmm.. wonder is it worth it for the extra few mm!! Will have to surf for more pics and see how I feel. Many thanks.
