Yes
As a long time Bose customer for headphones (& Sonos for the home) I recently had some issues with my Bose frames not connecting; I got in touch over whatsapp and eventually got a shipping bag sent so I can return the glasses for repair. Admittedly it took a while, but probably the global situation has impacted speed, but 6 weeks later (yesterday) a brand new sealed pair of Frames arrived with a brand new warranty via ups.

I was really impressed with this, a very smooth operation.

its funny I love the sound quality from BOSE. But their customer service is woeful

I too love the sound from Bose. I use my Bose wave as my soundbar as well as a CD player and radio. I have the soundlink mini for when I listen to music on the PC. (especially when I am in the kitchen)
But currently use Sennheiser in-ear headphones. I have been looking at some Bose bluetooth headphones

I don't thnk they're "way out" though.. If you compare the Bose 700 ( my favorites!) with some of the other brands they're not bad!

I think you get what you pay for TBH. They charge premium money for premium kit.

Not tried the Bose 700 but I love my Sony 1000XM3s and when they were current they were a similar price to the Bose. Soundsport Free are easily the best running headphones I've used - but for £180 they should be. Which reminds me.....

Half reasonable kit in pretty boxes.

Yes, the Sony ones are supposed to be pretty good I’ve read, I considered those sport ones Bose did but just settled on Airpkds (and Frames!) for when I don’t want the “all-encompassing” audio experience from the 700s!
