Hey Everyone :)

Really hoping someone can advise. I currently have a Fuji S4000 HD bridge camera - it can be seen here.

However I am currently looking for an upgrade as whilst the camera is brilliant at taking photos it is poor at filming video, the auto focus is very noisy which spoils the video and it doesn't handle low light very well.

I don't have the budget for an SLR camera at present but I want something with a good reach as I mostly film/photograph wildlife out and about.

My query is can anyone recommend an alternative bridge camera that has good video quality with no-noise auto focus or alternatively a good HD camcorder with the ability to take half decent photos on it?

Looking to spend up to £200.

Many Thanks for any help in advance :)

Cheers, Rob

Noise is down to sensor size. Any other bridge will be comparable they have tiny sensors, the size of one on the bottom row probably. You should be able to get a dslr for that budget used. I really liked the hd video on my nex-5 which was better than my d5100. You should be able to get one for £200.
