Pray for half decent light...Wide open and up the ISO to get a decent shutter speed...1/500 minimum but better still 1/640th...If that is not achievable then try and capture oncoming action as the blur will be greatly reduced.. I know others here on TP have shot at 1/320th at ISO 6400 f/2.0 and still got usable results but its really demanding to achieve good results with these settings
