I'm selling my car at the beginning of March and i wanted to get some photo's of it before it goes.

I really struggle to think of places that will be good. In the immediate area there are plenty of industrial parks and commercial areas, but nothing that says 'great' location.

So does anyone out there have any suggestions of a good location to take shots of a 2 seater sports car in the North Hampshire area???

Thanks

Is Thruxton in North Hants ...

It's not far away if it isn't ... ;)

:p

North Hampshire covers a large area - whereabouts in N hants are you?

Basingstoke.........................

How about up on the Hogs Back (A31 between the end of the A331 and Guildford) on a clear day, great backdrop views up there.

Basingstoke.........................

Oooh, I work in and around Basingstoke so get to see lots of it when I'm driving around. There are some lovely areas around there. The Vyne near Bramley and all around that area is very scenic (you can't actually get into the Vyne, but you could take some shots outside the gates with The Vyne in the background). Likewise Kingsclere / Highclere/ St. Marybourne. Out towards Odiham is also quite scenic. Depends what you are thinking!

I'm confused, you say a 2 seater sports car, but your user name is MG TF 135 ?

Sorry, couldn't resist. :bonk:

Scrap the idea of the Vyne - lots of roadworks going on around there. How about Oakley Hall? Silchester and Little London also look very scenic - lots of olde worlde style houses and open spaces.

I would have suggested the South Downs but might be further than you wanted to travel.

Don't really want to travel that far, want to keep the thing clean before taking shots!!

Borats Baby - i heard all the comments during 3 years of ownership. You can't hurt me:):):)
