Any recommendations for a dry box for a phone that can take impact?

Was looking at trying some mountain bike trails and want a case that would protect my phone from the kind of impact where I would need the phone to call help :). Lots of mounts available bit if I stack the bike I can't see the phone surviving. Was thinking of something like a small peli case that I could attach to a bottle holder.

It's a Galaxy 8 and Otterbox don't make anything any more :(

Seem to be a few on amazon that look tough? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Galaxy-Spigen®-Resilient-Absorption-Matte-Black/dp/B073RWJ6Z7/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2CK92IWF7GSB6&keywords=Samsung+galaxy+8+rugged+case&qid=1655638832&sprefix=samsung+galaxy+8+rugged+cas%2Caps%2C107&sr=8-4

Thanks - yes plenty of tough cases. However all of them leave the screen exposed so you can use the phone. They will prevent scratching but if the phone lands face down it's new screen time.

Ahhhhhhhh… not a decent screen protector added on perhaps? Or a wallet style case?

Do you need to have your phone attached to your bike, or could you have it in a pocket or pack? If so, would an appropriately sized plastic food container with a foam insert be any use?

Or leave the locked in your glovebox and wear a cellular Galaxy Watch instead.

Actually that's not a bad idea. It would need to be pretty small but that would save a bunch of money :)

Wow. Somehow I'd missed that that was a real thing and the price isn't terrible.....sadly I have a really nice Garmin watch.

Mrs Nod has a cellular Galaxy watch and if I was messed up enough to need it, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to use it because everything is so small on it. I'd go the small Peli route if it were me.
