i fully agree with you, nothing offensive about that card, it;d actually make a humorous present for some of my ginger mates.

She's lucky we're not more like the Canadians. After an anti-ginger South Park episode, they had a Kick A Ginger day.
 
I once went out with a girl, she was, well, erm, very smooth - always, it was great. I actually realised why when I unwittingly cracked a ginger joke and she was my guuuuurl no longer !
 
She needs to get a life. Doesn't she realise that all jokes poke fun at one thing or another may it be irish , blonde , fat , thin , black , white , yellow or green (i think that friend needs to see a DR) that is one of the main reason a joke works.
 
Fine, she's offended, whoopee-effin'-doo - what about those of us who have to look at Ginger people in public - can we get them banned so we don't suffer distress?

And while we're on the subject, did you know that there are more pale, freckly ginger kids in Basrah, Iraq than anywhere outside of Scotland?
Comes of having two RAF bases there from the end of WW1 to the late 1940's...lol
Quite a shock to see 'gwah' kids on the shoulders of swarthy Arab-looking chappies...
Can just imagine the conversations in the maternity wards out there...lol

i have several friends who are ginger.(i am brave enough to admit it.)
they are very nice people.
all compleletly nuts, but nice people.

and dont forget the jokes about men with beards.


i dont have ginger hair as such, but there is a worrying amount in my beard. although the rest of my hair is grey now.
 
The really sad thing is that Tesco actually took notice of her and took the card off the shelf.
Obviously she has no sense of humour what so ever, bet she's a reet bag o laughs to live with.

She had one kid that turned out ginger. then she had another - I can understand the optimism that lightning cannot strike twice, but c'mon. She surely must have considered sterilisation after that, but no. She had a third.

Some folk just never learn.
 
just waiting for her to sue Tesco now for emotional pain and suffering..or whatever the sue brigade call it!
 
Ms Phillips got her few moments of fame. ;) I can just see here now insisting that they get her title right!!
