Sharing images from Capture One Pro on Mac

It used to be very easy to share images from Aperture, just click Share from the File menu, but I can't find the equivalent on my version of C1Pro (V23 , build 16.2.6.7). Up to now I've had to export the image, import it into something else (usually Photos) and use File > Share from there. But this last weekend, with folk here who wanted to share some of my images, I tried Image > Edit With > others and selected Photos, and the selected image ended up in Photos! What's more, Photos now appears as an Edit With option when it didn't before.

This is probably exactly what others have been doing for ages, but it was a real "d'uh" moment for me, so I thought I'd share!
