Shadow contrast

Rawshooter users will know what I mean, but as an ex-user of Rawshooter, I loved crispening up pics by increasing shadow contrast - used judiciously it boosted your picture pop appeal.

What do users do now that Rawshooter doesn't work with recent cameras - is there an action in Photoshop or Lightroom that will give a similar effect?

You can adjust shadow darkness in Lightroom, or increase blackness of blacks.

Hi Henry..I too was a rawshooter user till it was swallowed up by lightroom..
Dont forget Rawshooter will work on 5D files..
But you knew that anyway..

I'm pretty sure its the same thing as the clarity slider in CO5 and LR and gives contrast/pop to the shadow and middle tones.
