Hi all,

Well my sensor does not need cleaning yet but wanted to know of some tips and advise for using the Sensor Cleaning Kit from www.cameraclean.co.uk for my Canon 350D.

I have a Sensor Multipack with Type 2 Swabs with Eclipse and when i come round to trying my first clean soon i just wanted to know if anyone who has used this kit would give me any tips i.e how much of the Eclipse Liquid to use.

I am a little confused on what the PEC PAD's are for in the Kit. I know i have 5 Swabs and 10 Smaller Swabs

Hi all, Cleaned the Sensor Today for the first time using the kit as i did a test photo at f22 and it was full of dirt. Took a good 3 to 4 go's to get it right but here are 2 images took at F22 of a wall and the sky with the odd cloud in after cleaning.

Just question, If there was any dust spots on the sensor when would they show on any image. Am i right that they will show on slow shutter speeds. Most of my photos are using at a fast shutter speed for moving aircraft.

I think it's more the aperature than the shutter speed. I do mainly bird photography and therefore use small aperatures and high shutter speeds as you probably do with aircraft photos The dust shows up more when using Small aperatures (ie Landscapes**

Hi,

Sorry i get confused between shutter speeds and aperatures, I guest it shows up more as u say with landscapes when u need to let more light in etc

So should be ok with aircraft then using fast shutter speeds
