Selling up or upgrade, Canon EF lenses?

I've not fallen out of love with photography but found more and more I've not bothered with the faff of carrying my gear with me and just used my phone For example when I went to Jamaica I found it such a pain going from cold to warm areas and not having everything fog up or bringing the gear to outside temp I didn't bother taking it when I went back again.

I have a Canon 5DM3 and a variety of high end lenses EF for the time.

I'm toying with either just selling it all or buying a smaller body, going mirrorless and seeing if I can re-ignite my passion. Is there any issues using my EF lenses on never bodies? Sony or Canon?

The lenses adapt perfectly to canon mirrorless bodies.... however, although the body will be smaller, the faff you describe will be exactly the same ... only you'll have more money invested in the hobby... nothing wrong with the 5DmIII imo, mirrorless would get you better video features and improved af if those things are of value.
