Selling an image - Price?

I have been contacted about an image from my website and the guy is interested in using it in his shop as a big door spread advertising Subrau Impreza car tuning.

What should I expect to ask with regards to a price, as he is enquiring via email?

Depends on what he wants to do with the image...

Is it for one image, you retaining the copyright? Does he want to buy the copyright to the photo? Will he be using it elsewhere (flyers, etc)?

I try to work off http://www.londonfreelance.org/feesguide/ - but it all really depends on usage... if it was me, for just the one image, me retaining copyright, him doing his own printing, I'd charge £50.

He will be keeping the image, and basically just running off a print that will spread across a set of double doors in a tuning shop/garage entrance.
