HELP!!!

I am thinking of getting a Sekonic L308 and have been looking around for places to buy it. It looks like it will be between £119-£139 if I buy in the UK, however if I buy off e-bay from a Hong Kong seller it will be £80.

Now, my worry is, the Hong Kong seller has a 7 day returns policy, and you have to pay for all shipping costs (£18 a go) if anything goes wrong. And no warrenty.

Is it worth saving £50 for the worry that it won't break down in a months time? Does hanyone have experience of buying electronic goods from Hong Kong sellers???

Any advice welcome!

Yes, because you should still get the warranty from Sekonic. Digital Rev are safe. Some of the other HK suppliers are as well and offer between 7 and 14 days (from receipt) to return if it arrives DOA. There is also insurance on shipping which can be claimed on as well.

Hello!

May I ask why don't you guys buy gears from US online store? I'm a Hong Konger and I always find that the price on US online store is similar as Hong Kong price. I ask just because I'm curious. :)

Got mine from B&H in New York. Every time I order from there though I get hit with customs!
