Screw to connect flashes to a camera

I am sure I had a bar like that 50 years ago......and it took a standard tripod screw with knurled knob like the two in the slots.

PS I think Speedgraphic had or have such accessories :thinking:

what camera and which flashguns would be helpful, are you going to use on a tripod as I am thinking hand held may be awkwards

I think that is a extension bar for using two cameras on a tripod the centre screw thread for the tripod to attach.

If you want to attach a flash and hand hold use a cold shoe adapter like this. using the other screw either LH or RH for the camera.
