Can anyone help with a solution?
I have a Canoscan 4400F scanner and am experiencing some issues when scanning slides and negatives, but not positives.
I am getting a fient thin coloured line horizontally across the scanned photo about one third the way down. This is most prominent on light areas such as sky, but does not always show up.
I have reloaded the software, calibrated several times, updated the driver, but all to no avail - any suggestions?
