Scanner help - V700 settings for 120 in holder

I would be very grateful if someone could help me to scan 120 negs in the holders as I seem to be struggling. I am fairly sure the software needs a bit of guidance as to scanned image size and although I have played around with the settings I am not winning. This screenshot illustrates the problem;

Six negatives cut into two strips of three were placed into the two slots on the holder and scanned. The scanner has divided them into eight images of roughly equal size. All the image size measurements have been chosen by the scanner.

What am I doing wrong?

You can select thumbnail size from the configuration to tell it to look for 6x6 or 6x4.5 etc. I almost always end up drawing the border manually for MF with V500 though...

Draw the borders. The software usually misses out a surprisingly large chunk of the negative, and after using such good medium format equipment, it seems a waste to not include all of the negative when you scan it in.
