SB-900 - I Need a Beginners Guide to Flash

After almost a year with my D300 I decided to buy my first Speedlight.
I went for the SB-900 rather than regret not doing so later.

It's made a great difference to my shots but I'm just messing around and experimenting at the moment.

Can anyone recommend a good beginners guide or SB-900 "For Dummies" type of book please.

i found the sb400 on the nikon d40 was amazing over the inbuilt

now have a sony a300, with a f42 and it's amazing again. all dslr owners should have some sort of external flash, as the internal direct flash aren't a match to external, even with beginners alike just needing flash
