1. Create a new document
2. Create the watermark that you wish to use on a separate, new layer (make sure not to flatten the image)
3. Save the document as "watermark" or something that is easy to find
4. When you are working on images that you wish to be watermarked, open this document & just click on the watermark layer & drag it over onto the new document you are working on.
This will copy the watermark layer into your document on a new layer which you can then position as required
