This was taken through wire at the Tiger enclosure at Chester zoo.
I used F5.6 but still could not completely get rid of the wire
Is there anything that can be done to sort out the bottom right hand side of the picture, the out of focus wire spoils it a bit
I am a still learning photoshop

Selected the area at the bottom of the pic, up the side and the top, feathered by 50 pixels to soften the edges and adjusted the levels. Any good?

Quick go.
Masked off the part affected by the fence and adjusted curves to increase the contrast.
Then adjusted the curves on the whole image.
Could be improved with more time spent selectively dodging/burning possibly.

I've had a go using James's method big improvement thanks

Enhanced the contrast.
Enhanced the colour.
Sharpened the image.
Blurred the background.

Would work better on the full file.
