Save for web....

Am I right in thinking that the "Save for web devices" command in PS, strips out all the exif data, and therefore really shouldn't be used? (Unless you don't mind someone else using your pic.)

Yes mate, it is an unwise option if you wish to retain both metadata and exif.

How do you avoid this?

When I do "Save as..." all of my colours are weird.
