Was looking at Savage plastic and then someone here got me onto a different brand on eBay that was in theory the same thing - diffusing gel. The biggest I could see was one that was 90cm x 2m that I could make 2 scrims with that was £24: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/311677840...49&var=610590096352&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

Then I got a thinking about other ideas and I thought in theory all this is, is frosted plastic sheeting so I did a search and found these:

Just wondering everyone's thoughts? Looks ok, I don't like wasting money if this is the same as the savage plastic but at a fraction of the cost?!

Whilst white things often look white to us they often are not. I have a roll of the Savage plastic and it has a noticeable warm cast when compared against other forms of white diffusion. In my case, a Lastolite diffuser.

It is probably worth paying for a decent diffuser to avoid problems with colour casts which can be difficult to remove in PP.

Regards...
