Sandisk Rescue Pro issue

Having isseus with Sandisk Rescue Pro - no matter what I do, it comes up with this screen. I simply need to run a check on a CF Express card but this is driving me crazy... Any suggestions on how to reset it or simply choose a drive?

Hmm yes I was trying to do that but kept telling me the image was too large - even though it’s only a screenshot! I’ll take a look in the morning but thank you!
