Hoping someone may be able to shed some light on a problem as I am now at a loss.
The wifes headunit in her car was upgraded to an android auto unit by myself. I can connect my samsung A12 to the unit using bluetooth and android auto but the wifes Note 10 simply won't connect to android auto.
The note 10 will connect via bluetooth so she can play audio and she can make phone calls etc without problems but seems that she cannot mirror her phone. We have changed leads, updated her phone updated the headunit but all to no avail.
The odd part of this when we tried to connect to android auto using her phone the headunit screen states " Cannot complete process whilst driving", this is when I have been parked on the drive with and without the engine running.
